Hey, what do use to or how do you track your portfolio performance - your broker's tools, any publicly available tools (yahoo, etc.), a financial software, or just excel? Thanks and keep it up
I use multiple ones : google, morningstar and icarra. But icarra is the best in my opinion. You can add cash, custom stocks(thinly traded),dividends, options etc. Also it calculates IRR(which is the best part about it) as well as time weighted returns for you.
The only problem I see with Icarra is that its slow to update.Once you add a transaction your portfolio will only be updated next day.In case of Friday transactions it updates the portfolio on next Monday.
